Electronically transfer funds from your Auswide Bank account to other Auswide Bank accounts, other banks and organisations...

It's simple to arrange a single or ongoing transfer or payment*.

Internal Transfer of funds to another Auswide Bank account

Simply visit a branch, login to Internet or Mobile Banking or complete an internal transfer form to arrange a one-off or regular transfer

External Payment to another bank

Simply visit a branch, login to Internet or Mobile Banking or complete an external payment form to arrange a one-off or regular payment

Direct Debit to pay for goods or services e.g. health funds or life insurance

Simply arrange a regular debit direct from your account with the organisation. They will need:

  • Auswide Bank's BSB Number (645646); and
  • the Auswide Bank Account Name and Account XREF Number from which funds are to be debited.

Alternatively you can provide the organisation with details of your Auswide Bank Visa Debit Card to set up a regular payment from your Visa Debit Account.

You can request a Once Off Stop Payment or Permanent Cancellation of electronic payments arranged through Auswide Bank or a Once Off Stop Payment or Permanent Cancellation of these electronic payments arranged through a third party.

We can also arrange a 'same day' RTGS transfer of funds to another Australian bank, a Telegraphic Transfer to an overseas bank account or a Direct Credit into your Auswide Bank account.


To arrange/change/cancel a direct debit or payment arranged through Auswide Bank:

This can be achieved using Internet Banking or by visiting an Auswide Bank branch.

Alternatively you can complete and sign an:

The required number of account Signatories are to sign.

These forms can also be used to change or cancel a current payment. You can change the account that the funds are being transferred from, alter the payment amount, alter the payment date or alter the frequency date.

If changing an existing payment you will need to quote the existing Payment Authority Number to avoid changing the wrong payment. To obtain this number please contact a branch or send us a secure email using Internet Banking.

Once complete please return forms to your nearest Auswide Bank branch; or post to: Reply Paid 1063, Bundaberg QLD 4670; or alternatively, fax through to (07) 4152 3499.
