Internet Banking means you have the flexibility to conduct your banking and manage your loan using your home, office or portable PC whenever it suits you. If you have an internet enabled mobile phone device you may also wish to access Mobile Banking.

For your Auswide Bank transaction, savings, overdraft or line of credit access accounts use Internet Banking to:

  • Check your account balance
  • View and print account transactions and details
  • Make free BPAY payments*
  • Register and receive bills electronically from participating billers via BPAY View
  • Transfer funds between Auswide Bank accounts*
  • Make payments* to other Auswide Bank accounts~
  • Make payments to accounts at other banks~ (after you are registered for SMS Secure)
  • View and manage pending payments^
  • View any Term Deposit details
  • Change your Internet Banking Access Code
  • Send us secure emails+
  • View and update your contact details through My Profile (after you are registered for SMS Secure)
  • Set up a 'nickname' for a specific account
  • Arrange a Batch Pay to other accounts at Auswide Bank or another bank (e.g. employee pays)
  • Import payroll (or other credit) files and process through the Batch Pay facility
  • Export account transactions from transaction listings to other financial packages - including Quicken and MYOB

For your Auswide Bank loan accounts use Internet Banking to:

  • View loan account information including loan account balance, interest rate, repayment amount, interest details, arrears if applicable, next repayment due date and other useful information
  • View loan account transactions including any monthly benefit from a Mortgage Offset Account
  • Make payments to your loan from your Auswide Bank accounts*~
  • Redraw advance loan payments on selected home loans
  • Change your Internet Banking Access Code
  • Send us secure emails+
  • View and update your contact details through My Profile (after you are registered for SMS Secure)
  • Set up a 'nickname' for a specific account
  • Export loan account transactions from transaction listings to other financial packages - including Quicken and MYOB

Apply for or manage Internet Banking on my account

Complete and sign an Online Banking Application & Maintenance form.

This form can be used to activate your Internet Banking access. You must include all accounts that you wish to have attached to this service.

When your request is processed an initial personal access code will be allocated and sent to you. When you use internet banking for the first time you must use this initial personal access code. NB: You can change your access code by visiting the Internet Banking website.

Please note: This form can be used if you are applying for both Internet and Phone Banking. It can also be used to:

  • cancel/de-activate Internet/Phone Banking access,
  • modify the accounts that are to be accessed,
  • modify your Third Party Credit Limit (Internet Banking only) or
  • apply for Internet Banking SMS Secure.

Once complete please return forms to your nearest Auswide Bank branch; or post to: Reply Paid 1063, Bundaberg QLD 4670; or alternatively, fax through to (07) 4152 3499.

Please allow 3 working days from receipt by Auswide Bank for processing.

*Subject to restrictions on individual account type and cleared funds being available.

~Subject to a daily transfer limit set by you.

^Except for payments directed to loan accounts.
