It’s important that we can contact you about your Auswide Bank account. It’s easy to let us know when your contact details change.

Update Contact Details

If you're changing your address or contact details such as your phone number or email address simply contact a branch; complete, sign and return the appropriate forms below or log into Internet Banking and change your details in My Profile.


Change address or contact details for a personal account.

Each Signatory/Authority to Access on an account can nominate their own address and contact details. However the account address/contact details will always be the same as the first Signatory (accountholder) unless nominated otherwise. To change the account address and contact details the first Signatory should complete and sign a Client Address/Contact Details Maintenance form.

Once complete please return forms to your nearest Auswide Bank branch; or post to: Reply Paid 1063, Bundaberg QLD 4670; or alternatively, fax through to (07) 4152 3499.

Please allow 3 working days from receipt by Auswide Bank for processing.

Note: If you are unsure of your client number please contact us.
Note: If the address/contact details of other Signatories/Authorities to Access (apart from the first Signatory) are also to change then each Signatory/Authority to Access must complete and sign an individual Client Address/Contact Details Maintenance form.


Change address or contact details for an account held by a business/organisation

Complete and sign a Client Address/Contact Details Maintenance form. The required number of account Signatories are to sign.

Once complete please return forms to your nearest Auswide Bank branch; or post to: Reply Paid 1063, Bundaberg QLD 4670; or alternatively, fax through to (07) 4152 3499.

Please allow 3 working days from receipt by Auswide Bank for processing.


Change address or contact details for an individual account Signatory/Authority to Access

Complete and sign a Client Address/Contact Details Maintenance form.

Once complete please return forms to your nearest Auswide Bank branch; or post to: Reply Paid 1063, Bundaberg QLD 4670; or alternatively, fax through to (07) 4152 3499.

Please allow 3 working days from receipt by Auswide Bank for processing.

Note: The account address/contact details will always be the same as the first Signatory (accountholder). If you are the first Signatory (accountholder) - changing your address/contact details will change the account address/contact details.
