Situation with Debit and Credit Card Payment Authorisations

We understand that some customers may be experiencing an issue with payments on their Auswide Bank Visa debit and credit cards in relation to purchases at a particular retailer. The issue appears to be limited to online purchases only.

After the transaction the purchase amount is being debited, however, the payment is also still showing as pending.

We are currently investigating and seeking to resolve the issue.
