Register for Phone Banking


You can apply for phone banking by either visiting one of our branches or phoning our Customer Hub on 1300 138 831.

  • When your request is processed an initial telephone access code will be allocated and provided to you.
  • When you use phone banking for the first time you must use this initial telephone access code.
  • You can change your access code by phoning 1300 137 735, then enter your Client Number, then Access Code and press '7'.
  • To use Phone Banking you need to follow the prompts.

How to Use Phone Banking

  • Call 1300 137 735 (in Australia) or; +61 7 4150 4240 (from overseas)
  • Enter your client number
  • Enter your access code.
  • If you’re a new user you will first need to register for phone banking.
  • Listen to the options and press the corresponding number on the keypad to select the banking service you require.
    1. Balances: Savings, Everyday Bank, Business Bank, Line of Credit Access and Business Overdraft Access Accounts*
    2. Balances: Loan & Term Deposits
    3. Last 5 Transacts on Account
    4. Transfer Between Accounts^
    5. BPAY® Payment
    7. Other, then press (Order Statement* / Interest Earned for Year* / Change Access Code)
    8. Access Another Client Number
    9. Speak to customer service consultant

^Phone Banking transfers are limited to accounts under the nominated client number – transfers to other Auswide Bank accounts are not possible.
