Keep your contact details up to date!

It’s important that we can contact you about your Auswide Bank account. It’s easy to let us know when your contact details change.

Update Contact Details

You can update your address and/or contact details, such as your phone number or email address by:

  • Calling or attending your local Branch;
  • Calling our Customer Hub on 1300 138 831;
  • Updating the applicable details in the 'My Profile' section of Internet Banking; or
  • Sending a Secure Email via Internet Banking with details of your changes.

Please note: Each Signatory/Authority to Access on an account can nominate their own address and contact details. However, the account address/contact details will always be the same as the first Signatory (Primary Account Holder), unless instructed otherwise.
