Following the scheme meeting held on 3 February 2025, where Auswide Bank shareholders voted in favour of the Scheme1 Resolution, we have now received approval from the Supreme Court of New South Wales to proceed with the merger. With the lodgement of the court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Scheme will take effect on 10 February 2025. On Wednesday, 19 February 2025, we will begin trading as a merged entity.
